Something’s not right

-Enigma-

I have given up now - no one can say it was not without a fight. But then no one on heaven and earth would give a damn anyway. I gave from the heart and it was a joy to help others. I felt such peace with that. I never did it for anything in return ever, I did it because I truly cared and felt so much genuine compassion towards others. I was promised dreams and peace would come true even though I never asked. It felt so good to know I made someone's lives a bit better.

Why is it that people like me are then faced with so much heartache, injustice, trauma and adversity that seeks to do everything in its power to destroy that good, to take the little good and peace I had, to utterly destroy me. Why?

I had always been there when possible others times of need - now that I truly need someone I have been all but abandoned by those I knew and those in the spirit. I realise now everything was a lie and feel utterless helpless and lost. I have lost everything and don't see the point in being here. I hope I don't wake up to another day of despair.

Hi @Maggie

Shock surprise I am up too 5:30 am here - I waiting for the roof to come in lol. Wasn't able to sleep. Thanks for your care. I will try and do those things that nurture my wellbeing. Cross stitch is one of them, so intend to do more sewing. It's helps distracts my mind and relax me. Also intend to help others here even more when needed. Over the weekend there were so many new members posts that went unanswered for over 12 hrs, so I pop in there to introduce myself and welcome them, assisting with their struggles and concerns. Nothing worse than posting for the first time in pain and distress only to be ignored. I like peopl to feel they are not lone as I know what it is like to carry such alone. Very hard

May have to see the doctor about going on something to help me get back into a proper sleep routine. Maybe a short term AD. Will discuss this with him next week.

I hope your facial injuries have healed satisfactorily for you - you are one tough lady. One after my own spirit.

Yes, my frames are hand made from England. It's not cheaper but they are of the best heirloom quality making stitching the larger projects much easier and they are made to last. They are called millennium frames and stands.

You tube is wonderful for learning how to do almost anything. I was going to do the same - learn of it to stretch and frame my own. That was until of learned of the very reasonable framing costs of my local art shop framers. Most do charge a great amount - this art shop was about a quarter of that and they do a better job. So I hit the jackpot there. But will still stretch and frame my own smaller projects. Let me know how you go with it - would, appreciate a few tips on how it is done. It's a good feeling to see them up on the wall. Look forward to seeing pics of yours framed when you get round to it.

I may go and have my first coffee for the day also - my body may go into shock though as it never usually touches my lips before daylight haha. Thanks for the warm thoughts that started off my weary day beautifully. I needed that dearly today. We must be in tune. Sending them and a big hug right back at you 🤗xx

@Former-Member I'm guessing you have wilted by now. Sending the night fairy and a sprinkling of glitter for a good sleep tonight.

Wilted hahaha, that's "exactly" how I feel @Maggie. Could not have put it better lol. You and @CheerBear have made me laugh today and brightened up what was a somewhat uneventful day. I run on empty without sleep and not much was achieved. I feel abit guilty but it's the old saying "the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak". And this flesh is twicked lol. Not much to report but enjoyed a few TV shows with hubby - every moment is precious, brings tears to my eyes.

I hope both your day was a little more eventful than mine. I am off to my volunteer work tomorrow 🙏 for better slumber tonight. The above lovely picture is summonings me. Sweet dreams my friends 😴🌹

Good afternoon @Maggie@Shaz51@CheerBear@Faith-and-Hope@Bunniekins@soul@Appleblossom@utopia@Former-Member@Former-Member and everyone. I just returned from my morning walking by the sea in the bid to get my zest back again and beat my depression. No matter how I feel or what I am going through now I am willing myself into a solid rountine for health and activity. The most glorious day and views along the ocean that I wanted to share with you - my journey to recovery once again. The first view I sat and breathed in for 40 minutes - meditating/praying. A lovely start to the day. Walk with me in spirit and lets soar together.
