i will have a productive day today doing.....ummmmmm i dont know yet......maybe floding up washing , putting washing on, read some of my book, if i get a chance. clean the house and cook dinner. thats what i will do today.

im not in a good place, i hurt somuch. and no amount of willing myself to be otherwise is making a difference. i walk and eat and work and its been pointless.

@Former-Member I am sorry to hear that. I think I get where you are coming from I think I feel similar at times. I am lucky it is not that often so it must be so much harder if you don't get any reprieve.

thank you @Ant7 - i am tired of everything coming back to being like this, dont want to do it anymore. there is so much weighing me down and i cant just let go of it or just change the way i think.

@Former-Member I think I understand. It is so hard when everything feels like it is piling up on you. I know at times I feel like there is no way out and I have a feeling of hopelessness and it sucks. I know it is not easy but I try to think about good things but I know it is not always possible
