And everyone else. The sun is trying to shine here, so I hope it's doing the same thing in your lives. And that even for those of you who are in dark places & are struggling, I hope there is a little warmth & glimmer of sun in the darkness. Have a good day

@Former-Member thanks for meds. I did sleep better, but still feeling that rawness of not being fully present yet. I woke once at 4,went to bathroom and woke again at 7am. The only negative effect of my meds are temporary amnesia. I don't remember if I have conversations or texts with people. I don't even remember to log off here sometimes but I saw this morning I've done so.
