@Ant7 yes it is hard when you reach midlife ... particularly with an office job makes it even harder. I think mixing it up is a good idea. I just wear lots of baggy clothes hides the worst of it!

@Ant7I am a bit the same re diets and exercise. Just mix it up and try but not stress too much.

I am very unwell at the moment Ant. I have been getting sick for 1 month. I have caught the flu virus, plus this body damage from the accident has been made worse from the Flu Virus. I have had to just try & cope some how here on my own?
I have a lot of responsibility with my 11 rescued animals. I do not have help of any kind, no family, friends as all live in different states, or too long distance from me. My best friend lives in Florida USA. I can only talk via phone to him. I hate having nobody. Sometimes we all need a real person, don't you agree?
