The last couple of weeks have been really over-the-top stressful but my psychologist makes things sound simpler than they are, for me anyway, so some times I'm wrung out by the end of a session. But I'm trying really hard to step back from the trauma and do more nice things for me, so when I saw the toy unicorn at Woolies, I had to get him.

@Former-Member Yes! I feel great as I have slept soooo long! which I obviously needed. I have a very comfy chair and even comfier doona! I love my bed!!!! If I could spend the rest of my life in my comfy chair and doona I would be a very happy green pea!
