I did....It was a long time ago. I probably don't have in in me to do anything like that at the mo.
Im caring for my husband......24/7. It's really difficult......he has damaged his knee and he is'nt getting better......
I don't know whether I want to say..." this is not true.....your mental ill ness is being triggered and feel bad or just stay patient and feel like I need to get into my self care and stay quiet........
