Hi @Former-Member

That's a lot of walking - I thought 2 -3 kilometers 2-3 times a week was fine but yes - I hope it helps your anxiety AND your waist-line

Re: Good Morning!

Oh @Former-Member, you sound so driven. I can't imagine doing 12km. When I drove all round the countryside for months - after a life trauma - my sister often joked at me "run Forest run" re Forest Gump movie lol. Its a coping mechanism, and not a bad one. I knew a young Dr, a post war vet, who lost a couple of friends - he jogs for sanity. I lack moving, still haven't worked out why I yatw moving so much.

Hmm, lots of loud unusual ✈ air ✈ traffic ✈ here atm (country town), maybe Air force exercises again - really unsettles me 😧

Well, finished my cuppa so time to move again 🏃🏃🏃🏃🚶

My anxiety has been that high @Owlunar this week with feeling really stressed, it's the only thing that kept me alive this week.Im trying to lose my gut got cortisol fat from stress, and not happy with weight I put on.I don't weigh myself but feel better ,on week 4 of trying to eat healthy, which is hard I love chocolate.

Re: Good Morning!

@Former-Member You made me laugh about the walking! With me there is a real life reason why I have picked my wee green pea as my pic ... just imagine a white, pea shaped object with arms and legs flailing trotting down the road and that's me! Good on you keeping up with the walking!

Re: Good Morning!

When I was at school @Former-Member used to be a boy who'd run the school oval every break including lunch. He was a brain, but got bullied.I understand now that was a coping mechanism.I use to do 100 kms a week before I changed my life for the worse then depression go to bed to keep safe.At the moment on the Anxiety pole, next week could be depression and tiredness.I have been taking magnesium and Executive B stress which is helping the energy.I hope magnesium will help the cortisol problem 🐗
