I guess you never know who may be awake. I went out to dinner with my daughter last night and ate too richly. Now my stomach is bloated and I'm paying the price.
Looking forward to a massage this morning. Haven't had one in quite a while. Self care.

Hope I didn't miss any of the other early risers. @soul I am so impressed of your walks in the morning. I get up early but only end up curled up on the couch. Maybe I need to get my butt into gear!!!

.. you've done it again @soul .. am just achey and headache and wishing I was somewhere else..well I did bare minimum last 2 days, walked in and out of wine tourist town staying on outskirts of atm 3ks a day well its something.been overindulging and in a bit of flux, no not wine, Ive gone off that years ago
Anyway not all bad just need to get moving but am staying here today and tomorrow as was easy option, going to free accom at friends near here tues then home after a few days there
