i just want to say that i sorry about all that sh..t last night. it was pretty intense for me last and i k ow everybody was trying to help me. but mark got in the way.

im feeling a bit better today but mark is still here

im going to try stay of here for a while as i think im sharing my problems to much with everyone and i dont want to waste anyone time on here.
