It's cool and cloudy in Melbourne this morning and great to see everyone for a Good Morning pick-me-up - got my coffee and munchies to start the day - and I am up early today

@outlander I've had 2 nights of good, solid sleep thanks to sleeping tablets. After yesterday afternoons'' mini meltdown I'm feeling slightly better. It doesn't change things a whole lot, but the fact I was more honest with my case manager felt I had less of a burden to carry.
I read you had an unsettled night with discomfort and restricted movement. I hope that mother of yours pulls her weight today & takes care of you herself. Have you got any flannelette pillow cases? It's just they are nice and soft. Keep up the pain killers regularly for now. And rest up. I'll be around for much of the day
