Terrible weather here its making all my damaged parts hurt so bad I got a tad upset about it all 😞
I hope the acupuncture on Tuesday helps at least in my left hand?
I'm trying so hard to look after my body properly. I don't want to hurt my liver with high doses of strong painkillers.
