Yesterday was a bad bad bad day for me.
Today so much better.
I woke up to my mechanic out the front with my car motor going. He is giving me extra service. Such a relief. I am paying for it though. Yeeeek
I have wanted a good & reasonable mechanic within walking distance. I hope it is him.
I fixed up my mess where I was in such a tizz last week I muddled up my rubbish bin with the recycle bin ,,, yuk,,, and some cleaning is getting done.
Going outside soon.

We have a sort of Mountain bike park near my house I only live 2 streets from the bush and it is a 15 minute ride to the park. I just got home I did 29ks and I am feeling it lol
I have no real plans for my time off I have 7 days off next week so my wife and I are looking to go hiking for a night then

I haven't been doing much in the way of river walks lately @Former-Member ..... had a bit of a pulled muscle injury, so have just been going to and front the coffee shop mostly .....
Heading out for a second walk today in another hour or so, so will probably walk back along the river.

There isn't really a particular room that is sunny @utopia
but I did have the heater on as it was cold and i had my puffer with me at all times. I got a call from my GP and he said to stay indoors and if my asthma worsens where i can't say a sentence then to call for an ambulance and go to hospital.
My daughter has 3 weeks to go, but is going to see a gyno this thursday to see if he is going to do a cesaran as the baby is still breach. I have a feeling that she will have the baby next week. Just a feeling. Her due date is 8 October but i am sure she will have the baby earlier than her due date.

@BlueBay. I'm so looking forward to your granddaughter arriving. 3 weeks & breech. Are they going to try to manually turn the baby.

How are you ? I like how you are thinking.......That your being reaslistic in a little anxiety.
Did we meet sometime ago? I have had a break because my darlinghusband has been very ill and been in and out of hospital........he is okay now.
I had a thought today ..I thought we girls alwys focis on oher people or something else than think about our own feelngs.
What do you think ?
