It was a bit dull out walking this morning but that was probably a good thing as it was quiet out. Did 11kms and then returned home to walk the pooch. She met a male dog that she flirted with, actually walked quite quickly to keep up with him.
Manchester United were playing this morning at 2:30am so I caught the match. Then had a bit of a snooze afterwards. They won unlike my son. It was a semi final that he was playing. It was scoreless after full time so they play another 30 minutes (2hrs in total then) Still no goals so then they went to a penalty shootout which they lost.
Although I usually zone out during my solitary walks, I wouldn't mind some company at times. I'll give you a holler next time @Former-Member.
Still waiting to hear of my son is coming for dinner. Then I'll head out and get some meat.
Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday. Just me alone here with the pets.

Hi Niqua
I have travel quite a bit lately but never tried shopping at the airport - but my taxi driver was early and I was at the airport with plenty of time so after I went through security I did some shopping
One thing I knew before I got there was that everything is far more expensive there than anywhere else - but I got some fridge magnets - not really what I thought was cool but still - fridge magnets always work well
I can have a free lunch and sit in a comfortable chair while I wait - I had a good book and the time passed really quickly - and I had a front seat with two windows all to myself and the plane flew down the east coast to Eden then turned east and flew over the snow covered mountaints - I tot some fantastic photos
I had a great time - how I wish you could have been with me - wow - that would be so cool
Now I have washing - and of course some of this will need ironing but I will have to have it in the lounge - or what's important anyway - the weather in Melbourne is cold with heavy showers
I love being away but also equally love it when I got home - I didn't have to hunt down breakfast - I have it already in my home
I hope you are okay - I haven't read many posts yet - I will have to catch up

It's great to be back at my computer with all my apps as well - my pics of course
I'm glad to be home actually

Good Morning @CheerBear
I just love Melbourne weather - as you can see
And I am glad that winter is nearly past and the the equinox is only 3 weeks past that - and I have noticed the days are longer - and it was weird in Sunday - the sun was getting up earlier - had to really notice with all the tall buildings around me - but it was setting earlier than in Melbourne too - and I felt rather strange walking back to my hotel feeling it getting darker and chilly earlier than in Melbourne
Still - I had the best weather in Sydney and I have a tan - that has to look strange around here but I guess I got that sitting on the outside of the ferries in the sun going around Sydney Harbour - oh wow - that has to be the best part of Sydney -
But luckily - this winter in Melbourne as been okay - there have been flat times when the weather doesn't give me any joy at all - and I count down the days left in winter - okay - 5 left - this year I haven't been counting as much - we have had a lot of days starting with glorious sunshine and sorta fading away in the afternoon
Personally I enjoy the transitional parts of our cycles - sunrise > sunset > sunrise etc and autumn > spring > autumn etc -
Thanks CheerBear and Hi @Former-Member - I think you are in Queenland - not sure - but overall - how was the winter for you this year? - it was easier for me but yeah - I have a dark anniversary and I think that having so many contacts here with emotional discomfort I have had a much easier time
