I found the Internal Family Systems model last year, that teaches that we are made up of a set of sub-personalities, known by their characteristics ..... eg Innner Critic, Jester / Comedian, Princess, Inner Child (can be in different states) Peaceful Warrior, Artist, and many more ...... it helped me to understand what is going on with WH and who is "driving" him at the moment. His Inner Critic is huge on his internal landscape, I know that much .....

I hope it provides you with some understanding and empathy for that voice, and that might be what it's looking for ..... just for "someone" within you to say "I understand that you're hurting, and why, but please don't take it out on me ..... let's work together to help all of our internal personality "family" to find harmony"

I just cannot deal/comprehend/cope with the theories that I have 'parts'. I'm not sure why it upsets me so much, but thinking about it earlier made me dissociate and loose time.
