Thanks for your message, know it's late but I thought that I'd reply and you could read it in the morning.
I live on the north coast of nsw. Today was fine although with a very cold wind.
I have found the forum quite easy to navigate. Good to learn about mental health from the info sections of the website too. I have Bipolar and fortunately have retired and not having to deal with the whole work thing anymore. Have had many struggles over the years and particularly with a horrible bully in my section. It was my good fortune however that I had many good friends and managers on the staff for support.
At the moment I have my music, fitness regime and life with my wife, two Beagles and a pussycat. Living the dream.
