found out my aunty has stopped send down meals for my mum , so it looks like i might have to step up and do it now xxx

i worked this morning too @Shaz51 and this arvo too. well im always working for pop but i mean my second job this morning and this arvo.

been busy finishing up my course and have passed another one.

then started the homework from the psychologist. ive had the triggers over the past few days and what ive been doing stored into my phone so mostly transferring them from my phone onto paper and also adding todays triggers in. so far theres been 7

Had some not so good feelings about being left off a long time friend's phone calls but on speaking to another friend who knows me well she could reassure me that I was alright and not to be hurt.
