My post to the universe of nothingness has just disappeared.....

I told my therapist what the voices said and now I feel so drained and washed out and worthless and useless. These are my daily companions and I'm so scared of them. They haunt me and feel me with fear.
They tell me to hurt myself and that I need to d i e. That I should. That I deserve to.
But I'm too scared.

Hi again @Former-Member changing your thinking is really hard but i am glad you are trying your best. my story well as far as i know my main diagnoses are OCD, BPD and either Bipolar of Schizoaffective but they havent decided which yet. i am not sure what else to say really other than i am having a lot of trouble managing things atm.

i think you should ask tomorrow if you can that may help you feel more confident about things.

I'm sorry that you're struggling at the moment. We can struggle together.
I've just ranted and raved on another thread and I feel better having done so.
I think I will ask tomorrow, but I'm scared to do so.
Is there anything I can do to help with your struggles?

@Former-Member thanks for offering although i am not sure there is anything you can do right now other than listen maybe and lol i just ranted on another thread too it was a very long rant and came in 2 parts. its ok to be scared but just try your best to ask and see how it goes.

Well the voices have dissipated somewhat. I can at least hear myself think. How are you today @Eden1919?
Any other voices hearers out there? How do you cope and how do you cope with the idea that it all comes from your own mind?

@Former-Member i have just had a really long awful day and there are a lot of other things going on as well it is hard to explain sadly i dont know if there is anything anyone can do.

Do you have the luxury of having a bubble bath or going for a walk?
A cup of tea and a bubble bath always makes me feel better.
Something you can do to make the day a little bit better?
