@eth I have managed thus far without medication except in hospital I had small dose of AD. I tend to use some of your strategies and I tend to avoid certain situations. I am able to go out alone and I generally get more stress going out with others. I am finding I feel safest when I am alone or when I am with my dog. But I think that is part of the depression, I do know some people with depression can't go anywhere alone. As you know not everyone is affected the same. I have been doing the exercise and eating healthy for a little bit too and I think I am starting to feel better when I take care of myself better.
I am just starting to get a bit sleepy. I think its bed time now @eth. Mite talk to you tomorrow-night

@eth only been hanging around about 2 months so I'm fairly new and my MI stuff is also all quite new so slowly getting the hang of things with a few setbacks here and there, but the support of the forum peeps helps a lot. Yes beginning to get to know you, looking forward to getting to know you more @eth. But goodnight for now! Hope you can get some sleep tonight x
