Hello @eth

I'm just feeling a bit wobbly. Just trying to go with the flow and do what I can. Thanks for asking. How are you- what have you been up to today?

Re: when is it time for hospital

Sorry to hear that @oceangirl. Hope I can help you feel better if you want to talk to me.

All I did today was go for a walk with my brother and his dog. Other than that I've just been enjoying reconnecting here after not being able to for the last 6 months.

What did you do with your day?

Please make sure you put in writing thst your GP and psych do not have your permission to speak with any of your family and nir do they have your permission to have any family present at your appointments.

You will need to check the Mental Health Act in your state for information about when this type of information can be released without your permission. Make sure you date and sign your written document and keep a copy for yourself.

You are an adult now. It may be time to move away from home so you can look after your mental health without undue influence and pressure from your Mum. A single room can usually be found without being hugely expensive. If you don't have a job it's important to register with Centrelink so you will have financial independence.
Thinking of you 💕

I am feeling a bit better tonight, just experiencing worsening physical symptoms of depression @eth. Today I just went to the local chemist and went out for lunch. I didn't stay out for too long. Plus I did heaps of washing and walked my dog. Have you settled in to your new place?

Re: when is it time for hospital

Thanks @eth. It sounds as if you've settled in to your new home. I'm currently looking for a new home a lot further north as in QLD. This bitterly cold weather is troubling my bones a lot more as I age. I look forward to catching up with you.

Yes I'm pretty well settled @outlander and @Kurra but I still don't go out at all by myself. Enjoying a much better quality of life and good support at home. Should we move this conversation over to the Night Shift thread?
