their soloution as to what i do is to just 'be' where i am and dont rush coming back out of it becasue of my exhaustion on every level.

breathing. starting to hate that word. getting hard to do these days.

Just keep breathing Outlander - I know you went to the therapist today and it was less than helpful - I know - I guess this happens - I thought she would have some ideas but not the best today

i am doped up to the eyeballs and its still hard to breathe.

sometimes i think if i just hold my breathe things will change

You can try and hold your breath - I have tried that one - not trying to change anything - just seeing how long I could hold it

Nothing changed - but it is pretty harmless

But better to keep breathing
