@outlander no sunshine here. It's wet and rainy. I was going for a walk but I'll go later. I just have no energy today. I slept ok but had a flashback last night. It was horrid, but Nell and Greenpeace and ant feed me random facts. I also took more meds. So gradually dropped off

@Former-Member no, you're not allowed to apologise. It's fine, I'm fine. I had the Calvary turn up; that's the great thing about these forums, that's there's always someone watching in the background ready to step in. And so did other forum members.
