I;m okay @outlander - just been on-line too much I think - my headache has gone for now but I think I will go to bed early
You sound totally wrung out - I think stress is causing the nausea and that is making you really weak because you are not eating - and under your circumstances I would find it hard to eat as well

@Owlunar good idea. Try to sleep it off abit. Yes wrung out in deed. I hate feeling like this. I wont go into it tonight. Im too tired. Im goin to lay here like a pancake and take comfort in the family i have here. That is enough for now. Hopefully ill sleep tonight
