Hi @outlander
I guess this is good news - hard waiting though - I really can't imagine what that feels like
But all you have to do right now is to take it easy and not feel much at all - as hard as it is to believe the time will pass
Still thinking of you

Life dishes out random challenges; some of which are nasty and unexpected. Reading your words @outlander it seems you're in the zone to cope and that's a great gift. 🙂
There's amazing support (above). How lucky are you to have them in your corner!
Well, you can add me to your growing list. ![]()
I'll be keeping an eye out for your successful return.

Now you can put that behind you and focus on finding some joy.
I'd really like to see a happy profile pic @outlander. Every time I open a message from you, I am confronted with a sad girl. I'm sure that's not who you want to be even though you may be feeling like that a lot lately.
I recall someone who used to excitedly share with us good news about assessment results and photos of lovely places you had been, someone who shared her sketches with us. I believe that to be happy we have to make an effort. Being miserable actually saps us of our energy so that in effect is harder.
Remember I suggested that you start up a gratitude journal. I'd love to see that here on this Forum. We would all want to hear about how you are practising self care, the ways in which you are showing yourself some love and the things that have made you happy, no matter how small.
You are such a different person from a couple of months ago. I sincerely hope that you go looking for the brightness that is out there. I'm sure that I don't have to tell you that this is no way to live.
I wish you happiness, peace of mind and good health.

PHEW!
The next few weeks might be a good time to catch up on a course, or do some writing, or drawing . . . or anything that involves sitting reasonably still and letting your body heal 😉
So proud of you ![]()
