We have 3 horses.
Each of my sisters have one of their own and i share with mum. We have one welsh pinto. We have an bay anglo arab1 those are my sisters horses
And a chestnut quarter horse that is the one i share

Cool do you get to ride them much? Wlhat else do you like doing? I heard drawing, is that right. If so what types of things do you like to draw?

I dont enjoy horses anymore. I gave up my last horse because of it @Former-Member

How are you feeling now @outlander , check in with yourself. So what else do you like to do watch. I love twilight movies and books. Know I am old but still love them!! What about you?

Everything is really overwhelming

@outlander I hear that you are having a really tough time at the moment and that everyone at home is triggering your feelings to escalate. Can you think of something which has been helpful in past times which we could implement here tonight? Jokes, crossword questions, trivia questions or the 5 things you can see, 4 things you an touch, 3 things yoy can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste activity? We wamt to help you, but need you to point us in the right direction please 🙂
