Ive just got to the car going home now @Former-Member home doesnt make it any better ive been like it all day and i cant get rid of it
@Shaz51 yeah way over due for pain relief, hydrated not hungry had fruit earlier and no not really as mum goes tonight so been doing stuff

@outlander You really need to keep up with the pain relief even when you feel ok still take it.
can you do a movie night for the kids. Park them in front of some movies so you can have a bit of time to yourself

So what normally makes you feel calmer? You don't want to get yourself too worked up, that won't help the pain either.

Im just got home but i cant handle being here either cause now theres too much noise and everyone talking and talking abd my youngest sisters trying to jump all over me.and wants to organise this and that and shes takking faster than i xab type

Can you go sick in the backyard or go to your room. Tell them you need some time by yourself. Nothing wrong with that
