Outlander you just described me 100 % .I am distressed because I have no faith no one can help me anymore.I believed but was severely letdown and destroyed further by mental health.I hope you find the right help.I realised no one can help me.

Also, there are many of us here who have had some not so great experiences with hospital which I am thinking you've probably read @outlander. I know there are many here who have found it helpful too. This is new to you and your experience will be unique to you. Only you can work out what's going to work for you. I guess until you've tried it's hard to know though.
I thought nothing could help and all hope was lost recently and I was very wrong. It's so scary to feel so hopeless. But things can and do change.

Since writing it down ive realised just how bad i really am and the guidelines fo prevent me from writing the full bit but im sure everyone gets it anyway

Outlander,if you don't feel safe tonight walk into any hospital or call lifeline.I know I am no help because I'm quite down and the poem you wrote is me.I have taken half a calmative as my way of relieving myself from my thoughts.What triggered your distressed today?Or does it just come in a storm like mine sometimes do?I don't believe in the slogan "You're not Alone", but you aren't alone in the way you feel,you proved that in the poem.

I think there are many of us who can get it without needing to know all the details @outlander. I get that you're really struggling and things feel very dark and difficult at the moment, and I know how hard that can be.
I know you're getting support behind the scenes. Is there anything you can think of that might help here tonight? I won't be here too late tonight but will be awake for a little longer.

@Former-Member i havent been to this extent until a few days ago . Ive been bad but not seeing everything as an opportunity to sh or making plans
This is just one very big storm and its a pity ot took this long to see it. I guess getting kocked over by a horse and hitting my head did me a favour
I just created the safety plan @CheerBear other than that its either ring a helpline or 000. I dont think theres much other option at the moment
