Pains getting the better of me abit and feeling abit sick
I had to change ftom pants to shorts and sleeping under just a sheet
Cant get comfortable

Let my cat out but he didn't go to the toilet, probably have a surprise for me.He sleeps in a cage in front of the heater.I recommend you take the magnesium daily.Your body is in distress constantly by the sound of it by trauma.I know when this happens it can last a while.Talk when I wake.

2am and still no sleep

i didn't go to bed until 5 this morning and was up at 6 so this isnt going to be fun

and i have to drive today

When i see my gp today. I need to ask about the lasting effects of concussion. I dont know how normal it is to still have a constant headache and earache and its still really bad. And this morning i was throwing up and dizzy spells again. I dont know how normal that is and its starting to worry me that its not actually getting any better. It hasnt eased at all. I dont think thats normal

Im not any better than 2 days ago
I know i wont be recovered yet but i thought maybe abit of improvement by now but there is none and ive been bored out of my mind resting. Except yesterday but it wasnt really that hard
