when is it time for hospital

my friend got back to me
she said that its fine im not house sitting. she will get her brother to hosue sit for her
but she got into the fact that i need to start standing up for myself and to get my own life etc etc
it makes me upset becasue i know all of these things but i dont know how to change them.
i tried new things and i found no joy in them. i got this new job in hopes that i wouldnt have to have the kids as well but that role hasnt changed yet 😞

how do i change? how do i make a better life?

I swear all the time, especially in traffic or if I see someone who I know is actually***** gossip or b****,I'm off @outlander.
I'm like that @outlander,lost yesterday morning in bed I read Ant7 Good Morning post asking me how I was.I layed back and thought...And knew I wasn't OK,I m not good.I think that set me off in distressed land for the day .That's why I hate applying for Home Care jobs because I feel they are too close to home,where I am a slave to more people.

@outlanderI just lost a really long post. Dammit. Anyway, don't feel too bad, you still have time yet to stand up to your mother. And you still have time to make those changes when you are stronger. You never stop learning, never stop changing. As I head to my 50s, I have many changes in my life to make, including better relations/dealings with my mother. You have an early start, you'll get there well before me @outlander. Enjoy some time in the wombat hole with @Former-Member. I will send a care package of chocolate, but just don't take any Nutella, or you'll have almost the whole tribe of Forumites down there with you.
