Oh yuck @outlander. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Imodium usually works well. Take care.

Good Morning Claire @outlander. Sounds to me like you need some real life fussing! Sip water and take it easy

Hi @outlander

I think it's better to sip some lemonade - or go to the chemist and get some stuff that you can put into the freezer and suck which will replace your electrolytes

What rotten bad luck to get a gastro-bug - something I really hate - yes - I know everyone hates it but it is among my favourite "hates"

I am glad you are still here - I was reading the forum last night - feeling flat - and I understand what you were writing about reading some posts and I so understand that - it's why I don't have much to say when I am not up to it - and sometimes don't even come into the forum

I know it's a support group - and a lot of the time we feel as if we "should" be supporting people - but there are times when we just can't do that.

So it's better to stick to the social groups - and not read something that seems as if it is too hard for us - because in reality - it is too hard at times

You're doing well - fitting back into your life again - that can't be easy

Even though I haven't been writing I have been reading - I know what has been happening and I wish you all the best.

Pity your mother is dropping family therapy sessions - she needs it big time - stick to your guns though

Lots of virtual hugs and stars for what you have achieved

Dec

I know you don't like going, your sick to death of them . . . but it might be a change going to see a Doctor about a gastro bug? Dec's right, there's these ice-block things that help to hydrate you and perhaps you could keep that down as it goes in with less volume of fluid? Take it as easy as you can @outlander

Hi @Owlunar @Former-Member ill write a better reply soon still out being busy

Ive just got a reminder from my victim's of crime counsellor asking to confirm or cancel the appointment i had scheduled fot tomorrow
Now what do u guys think
1. Go back to her even though she snapped at me
Or
2. Cancel her altogether and see how my new psych goes
Or
3. Go to both psychs as they are for two separate things
