when is it time for hospital

I feel like I need a hospital today been in bed,up now,can't stop the emotional distress and hopelessness.Crying constantly like a tap is on,can't switch it off.Thought I better get on here hoping it will relieve it.

You still sticking to the psychologist you weren't happy with last week?

@soul uhh im ok, still struggling to refind my feet though. ive really only been out of hospital for jsut over 24hrs now and while i dont expect quick results i do need to adjust

Don't know,that time of the month coming, depression affects hormones but everything is hopeless,can't see a future,can't talk to my mother about it because she is basically self absorbed and she is failing everyday with age and memory etc.Today went shopping took all my time to stop myself bursting into tears in supermarkets.One of those days when yes,did contact old domestic near boyfriend by SMS because of my vulnerability,and desire to be with my father who is deceased.Severly distressed typing this.Took a calmative this afternoon which usually works,it didn't.One of those days I know I am a failure and failed and got absolutely no hope.

You think I need to take the test to see if I have anxiety and depression?lol

Oh @Former-Member - sounds like everything is crashing down around you. I know days like that. But you know what? They will pass. Think about times when you have felt you're down a deep well with no ladder. You did eventually climb up and this time, you will again.

Can you tell me something that you are looking forward to?
