when do you find its time to go to hospital?

I just passed the anatomy course with 67% i needed 60% to pass i only got 40% in one of them but because i got 2 70% and an 80% it brought my average up to 67 so i passed

I hope there is hope for you.I never believed in myself and wake up being that person who gave up because I became that worthless piece of s*** though oppression with family etc.I am having one of the moments like I have had all day that I don't know how long I can go on believing my life is going to get better.OK you may have not been in the top 10 percent but you passed,that's the main thing and you have done well considering the trauma you've been through and family pressures.You are like all of us,too hard on yourself.It can be good attribute,but also a bad one

I dont think my life will get better. Im pretty much digging my own grave with mental illness and my family is right there helping me get it done quicker.
Nothing was making sense while i was reading i was just dkimming thtough to find the answers but i have all the course module notes etc so ill look back over them and might even redo the course to get a better mark but the course finishes tomorrow soni has to get the final assessment done

Im literally under my bed covers shaking the house down. I dont get it at all. I keep trying to use my rational mind to tell myself no one us watching but i cant stop! Why do i feel like this is my own house. I thought people are suppose to be comfortable in their own house not shaking and anxious and tense

Ive finished the last assignment now @eth thats how i know i passed. I wanted a better mark but it is only a certificate of achievement so doesnt accoung for abything except looking good on a resume
I dont know what to do. Im scared but i kniw those fears arent real but i cant seem ti talk it out of my head 😞
And the other fears unfortunately have happened and thats the monsters that come to visit ne in my dreams and do strange things to my body. I dint know @eth im scared ofeverything 😞
