Hello @Former-Member, @Former-Member, @Faith-and-Hope, @Former-Member, @Queenie, @Former-Member, @Former-Member, @Former-Member and everyone

My Husband has written this down for me to write hear about his thoughts

he wrote ; My thoughts lately is that life is a game of survival and I DON`t WANT TO PLAY ANYMORE !!!!!

After 57 years of life i would like to just sit it out , I DON`T WANT TO PLAY ANYMORE

exspecially when you see and hear how much harder it`s getting for everyone

Hi @Shaz, Mr Shaz probably has Winter Blues on top of Maj Depression. Is he back on medication? Remind him about SAD andvmaybe he'll stay on antidepressant through winter - good luck with that. Must be hard. You're such a caring person.

I love pajama days, wtg!!! - whatever gets you through. Is it still raining where you are, or cold. Cold makes us wanna hybernate 🙂

Remind him about SAD andvmaybe he'll stay on antidepressant , yes he has SAD @Former-Member, yep he is back on the anti depressants and has stopped the other meds xx

I stayed in my dressing gown til 3pm today @Shaz51. I'm a bit meh at the moment, big things happening at work which is giving me anxiety. But good news, Mr Nooks is good, he's been up on the roof putting a skylight in today. So there was lots of swearing and throwing tools but he got there in the end!! How are you and Mr Shaz this evening?

It made me so jumpy @outlander! But yes it was a little funny because that's what he's like every time he's fixing something and he has basically renovated 3/4 of our house so he has done a lot of swearing and throwing tools! And he doesn't just swear, he'll yell out of nowhere "You pig!!!!" So it's kind of amusing to hear what the next thing is he's going to say, especially when he's talking to a drill or a hole in the ceiling!
