how is everyone today ?

we have been in our pj`s all day , rest day coughing , now mr shaz has it and sharing it with me again

there has been another changing news we heard this morning and mr shaz has been depressed all day , on his computer , no talking , until now when he made a cup of coffee and said "What`s the point"

thanks @Former-Member, I didn`t mind having a rest day but felt i was all by myself

I often feel this way. But I will tell you this, whenever I have been close to death, I find myself clinging desperately to life. Fear of the Unknown I guess. But it sounds like he is worn out, and wants to let himself go. I can speak from experience, that letting oneself go...in not eating well, taking up easy but unhealthy habits..etc..Usually results in greater suffering down the road. Because eventually you will have to undue all that letting yourself go, or go on best you can till your in your grave...

Sounds like intense depression. I hope he feels better soon! 🙂
