What to do now

What to do now

I feel dead inside. I got zero clue why I'm trying to smile. I told my family last night never to talk to me. I told everyone else they suck. I broke up with my husband. I'm literally alone. I got nothing.

Will I even like my life own my own or will it also be just full of hurt and pain? I just can't breath. Can't think. I feel trapped. So trapped.

And I know it fades but then it comes back and I'm starting to think why am I fighting this. I'm nothing. I'm just a speak of dust inside a giants eye.

How do you stop being trapped. My head is hurting from being non stop but as soon as I slow down I cry and want to die so I have to keep busy but I feel like I will snap if I stay bussy.

Hi @Former-Member,

you mentioned that you are changing medications this weekend, I wonder if how you are feeling could be related to them? ie not yet being at the right dosage or feeling worse temporarily a side effect etc? did you dr say anything? are you recieving any support from a counsellor or psychologist?

Re: What to do now

Just went to the pharmacy to get my new meds and the pharmacist is like why are you going off those onto these and I'm like they make me feel like a zombie and she like these are a high dose and going to knock you out bad.

Why can't there be a tablet for Bipolar that dosent put you to sleep and make you useless. I want to be a functional full time working person. But no nothing is helping me be what I want to be. It's ever run the risk of living with bipolar and hoping or being a zombie at home. Both not an option for me but the only options I've bed given

Hi @Former-Member
I don't know what state you live in but if you are in NSW check out the Blackdog Institute. They offer medication reviews and have many other resources that can be extremely helpful.

I've reached out to those places and help lines but they are useless.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Just took my new pill!!! It's been 20 mins and I feel like I've taken 4 shots of tequila straight up. I can't feel my hands they are flying. Hello panic attack. I'm on the streets because it's safer then being inside 4 walls. Fresh air is safe.

Re: What to do now

I am embracing my drunk feeling. I like being drunk so I'm just pretending I did shots and I'm not so panicky. I'm researching facts. The oldest animal is a whale. 212 years old and they know due to arrow heads in it. I don't know if I should keep on this pill or not. So confused. Feel trapped. Anyone else not know what to do. Like will I get use to the effects or will it build up stronger in my body? Decisions I have to make with out knowing and I'm a control freak

Hello @Former-Member

I'm wondering what might be useful for you right now?

I see you're trying distraction, well done, and physical exercise, well done also.

Are you a fan of controlled breathing or mindfulness?

Perhaps this could assist in helping you to centre/ground yourself right now.

Thought you might like this explanation about mindfulness and simple application here
