Re: Diary of wifes hospital stay - holding it together for our family

Pleased to report @Former-Member that I had sufficient dignity not to wear Mr Grumpy to town, probably would not be out of place where we live significantly below my staqndars however 🙂

Came to a grinding halt on the report earlier so went out for a walk hoping the fresh air would assist,
feeling like a nap after the exercise though so that was a fail, should have just kept at it while I was in front.

Said the child to the master "I am afraid"
Said the master to the child "The outcome will be the same, with or without your fear"

I agree, @Former-Member
I need to lean on the Master a little more for the strength and courage to accept and move forward with the outcome whatever that may be.

Well @Determined, I hope you can kick start that report writing engine again. Wouldn't it be good to tick it off your list?

Im sitting here working on it @soul,
Have found the infomation I need, just need to get it translated into my own words in an academically acceptable fassion. (for current section that is, more requried for section 3)

Up to 1000 words so half way point reached.
Not quite to where I had projected myself being by 10am this moirning, thats a worry.

If I just ignore the last 2 secrions it is remotly possible to still pass the assesment piece. (Last 2 sections = 30% of the marks for the assesmet) Should do well in the final exam so will pass the subject ok. Just galls me that it will be so far below my potential and it will stuff my gpa but not much I can do about that now.

Do what you can @Determined. You need to balance what needs to be done in terms of your uni work with your family responsibilities. Don't be shy to ask for help if you need it.
