Thank you @soul @Shaz51
Last week I was feeling sulky and resentful about it all, but today looking at the positives and being thankful. I was actually able to go out for dinner with my darling on my birthday. (The doc wanted her in hospital the previous week but did it not happen as she had a friend coming to visit from out of town).

Thank you @Former-Member, its worth a lot.
I am also very mindful that I am overly sensitive due to my concerns so trying hard not to read into it too much.

I need to find a way and opportunity to mention it @Former-Member as I do not feel free to offer such feedback and darling certainly would not back me up... just taking notes at the moment. These are things that came up in normal conversation, I certainty was not looking for things or quizing on events to try and find something. In both instances after the initial hesitation she outwardly stated she remembered but in her eyes my gut feel is that she was still searching. I did not press the issue as I don't want to upset her.
There is one nurse at the hospital who I would feel comfortable talking to if the opportunity arises.

Did I mention that rumour mill at school seems to be alive and well,
When I was getting S1 & S2 from youth group last night pastors wife mentioned to me quietly (only so that I was aware and did not get any unpleasant surprises) that someone had asked her about Darling being in hospital. Her reply was Determined is over there, ask him. chick walked straight passed me out the door. (Mrs Pastor was a little amazed I think). Saw the chick at school open day today, was so funny, took a detour that involved walking through a garden to look in the care (presumably to see if darling was there- which she was) but never said a word. Was apparently also asking S2 early in the week how mummy was. If it was anything other than gossip she would have come across and said hello.... cow...
Supposedly on the pastoral care team at the school which is a worry.
I am now worried as there are key people who I have opened up to and given far too much information to in a moment of distress. Cant help but wonder now who knows what 😞
Have apologised to my darling for my lack of discretion and told her who knows what, she took it much better than I expected,
One of the people I spoke to (supposedly a friend of darling) I only told what was going as she was asking questions about darlings wellbeing indicating that she was concerned, so I told her, making it clear that it was in confidence, only because I thought she cared and was some one who could reach out to darling in her time of need. Darling reply when I told her last night... `I dont tell her anytning, she's a major gossip'
So now I worry about every one knowing about the MI but more specifically about the nature of her current treatment.
Weekend leaving is working in our favor as she has now been seen at school toady and will be at church tomorrow.

How's the weekend been @Determined? On a scale of 1-10. 10 being the best.

I would have to give yesterday a 4 or 5 @soul Today 2 or 3 at best.
Trying hard to stay positive but just tired and over it. Dont know how I am going to get through the next couple of weeks intact. Looked in the mirror before and what a sight, look like a complete wreck 😵
Trying so hard to count the positives though. Taking 5 atm before I need to get back to some study.
