maybe a piece of toast and a cup of tea. can't eat eggs like that; only omelette or scrambled. i can't eat the egg white it makes me sick. sounds weird doesn't it?? what have you had for dinner?

yeah i need to eat something; i remember my therapist saying if i didn't eat for a while he would put me into a clinic for eating disorder.

i need to talk to my psych it could be my new meds.

Speaking of the webinars, Did any of you manage to come along to this week's? We got the next few for lived experiences starting not next Tuesday, but the Tuesday after.
