The Weekly Friday Feast

The Weekly Friday Feast

Thank goodness it's Friday (or TGIF as some say!)

We thought we would start a thread where we could come together every Friday and "share a meal" and debrief about our week.

To participate, there are 2 requirements -

1) Bring a (virtual) plate of food

2) Bring a topic of discussion

So pull up a virtual chair, post a picture or description of what (virtual) dish you're bringing along and say hi and let us know how your week was.

Looking forward to seeing you at our first Friday Feast!

Chat soon 🙂

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Hey dude I appreciate all that you have said @Jacques

Never forget that words like that carry through for years.

I think we can't afford to put ourselves down. It's simple but it's so hard not to hey.

Letting things flow is hard isn't it ?

But I feel right now in this moment that it can happen.

I'm always reminded of the Desiderata by Max ehrman and also the sunscreen rap/speech

So much wisdom is contained in all of that

I thank you friend for sending it my way
