I had several on-going dramas today, throughout the entire day.

This cost me the Christmas function that I had taken the day off work to attend.

I completely forgot about it, until it was already over - had been over for several hours.

Many phone calls & messages from DES person - insisting I prove & confirm my Benchmark hours.

Also from another Job Agency (at the same time), insisting I make several "urgent" decisions today, right on the spot.

🤐😥😫😫No not a good day or week.

My understanding is that a 'tag' occurs when I, or any other member enters your forum address in the message that they intend posting to you, and to any other people whose forum addresses are included in the message.

{I've "copied and pasted" the forum addresses above from other posts, so I hope they come through to each person in the "Your Notifications" list. Please let me know if you see your name here, but have not received a notification} Underline added

The only ways that I am aware of, that advice is given of a message, having been sent by another member, to you, or anyone else is by:

1. email notification, and also by
2. notification in the "Your Notifications" list.

Since you have informed me, according to information offered in your note of 50 minutes ago, that:

"@HenryX I get 2 sets of messages, one direct to my email account which ping my phone, and the other being in the Your Notifications link on the website. In both cases your message showed as a reply......"

it appears, that the tag in my message did convey advice to you by both your email and the "Your Notifications" link of the handing on to you, of my message.

So, it appears, from my perspective, that the advice of my message has appeared in both your email and your "Your Notifications" list, and was successful.

Oh no @Adge how unpleasant for you. I hope you managed to sort out the work demands. What a shame you missed out on the Christmas function. I hope Pepper kitten is going well - she must be growing.

With all due respect @HenryX I beg to differ. I was not notified that I had been tagged.

I likewise believe that I have been respectful @Dimity and if there is some reason for our different perspectives, I would certainly like to sort it out. That was part of the reason for my initial post.
