I'm currently watching Stand-up comedy and laughing more than I have all week. I finished Kitty Flanagan, now I'm watching Danny Bhoy.

I am laughing so much right now, I'm almost crying.

Some great advice @MoonGal. I agree, prepare beforehand, and be honest and realistic about things you think you have achieved, and areas that you can improve on. Remember, it's a job, yes, an important element in life, but it doesn't define all of you.

You're certainly not alone in having these talks. They can be painful, but in hindsight, in my own experience, they can also be helpful. You will be ok.

i hope you are all enjoying your second friday 😉 boy this friday came around quickly from yesterday

it is nice ot be the end of another week, i bought a new Air conditioner today, my 23 year old one threw in the towel 2 days ago, it is so nice to be cool again. took me nearly 3 hours to install it 😞

i thought with @Former-Member being Vegan and i am sure she will join us tonight, i hope i would go healthy 😄

I think Friday must be my favourite day of the week seeing I always get my days confused thinking it's Friday in advance.

New A/C sounds refreshing @Jacques. It is hot where you are? So strange as it's cold here in the mountains. I'm wearing a down jacket and a beanie! It was hot yesterday but we had a cool - or should I say, 'cold' - change come in. We live in vast land of very different climates.

Though I am finding the weather to be more extreme and unpredictable in general all about. Do people also find this where they live?

@CherryBomb It's consistently warm and humid here at the moment but it's now threatening rain. Still warm though even when that happens. I'm in SE Queensland.

I've had a slumpy kind of week in my own estimation. By contrast, my support worker was impressed with how much I challenged myself in our first week together (we get together on one day of the week and then she rings me at the end of the week to see how planned activities have gone and to discuss anything that has arisen). I was relieved to find she is gentler with me than I am myself. I do tend to beat myself up.
