I have to go feed some critters @outlander, I have a cat sitting by the right of my head and 2 dogs nearly touching me with anticipation of my every movement, . . . just in case it's in any direct or indirect line towards the kitchen 🙂

is it usual for people to have panic attacks in the shower

Ive had panic attacks in many places
And in the shower though the shower is usually not bad if any at all but i have had them in there
This time was really bad abd weird i dont even know if it was a panic attack. Its strange....
I had the racing heart as i get but this time instead of feeling a whole heap of emotions it was nothing except i was pretty much throwing up. I couldnt stand up properly thank god pop has a hand rail cause i needed it. And the whole room was spinning but i had no thoughts it was like my mind was blank but my whole body was reacting in a way similar to a panic attack
Does that sound like a panic attack or maybe something different
And now that im out i can hardley see straight and ive got a headache
