@outlander. You're not an idiot. You were concerned about your health and you did the right thing - you sought help.
Unfortunately we do all experience test results that show nothing.
Itchying - if you do buy wipes - make sure they contain no alcohol or chemicals (even most baby wipes have these). You may be like me and be very sensitive to any products that come into contact with your skin there. My mum and I both use 'hypo allergenic' toilet paper - most brands will stock a HA pack. The difference is these don't contain perfumes in the cardboard roll. It gives me dermatitis. Water is the best 'product' to wash your vagina with. Try to avoid soaps - especially those with perfumes and chemicals.
Another common problem for those of us with anxiety - is that anxiety also causes physical symptoms. And these symptoms don't always stay the same. Stomach upsets and nausea are very common.
Try what @Faith-and-Hope suggested. Lots of calming techniques. Treat yourself when you are feeling stressed or negative. Actually treat yourself everyday.
Don't forget you just studied and completed an intense exam. That's high stress.
More colouring and drawing. More breathing. More walks. More of what makes you happy or comfortable.

Re: im back..... i think

it was reccomended to use the vagisil wash..? @utopia or the wipes from the same company

ive tried to elimate things as its more recenlty- im using the same washing powder for clothes and things and i dont wash with soaps there. i always thought i shoudl but i wa told not to so i havent done that for a long time now and still using the same toilet paper as well

all my std tests and infections came back that there wasnt anything there except the hpv but apparntly even at this level i wouldnt be getting these symptoms. im wondering if ive developed something in the 3 weeks the swabs were getting tests as i wasnt itchy then... maybe stress has brought on the infection

yes the joys of anxiety hey- it never seems to give up does it.

might have to take up your breathing technique again of a night before sleep as that was helping me until the study got more intense.

im trying to be comfortable but when im itchy and 'wet' and can smell it myslef its making me very paranoid about it and its not very comfortable at all

@utopia i think im going of the scales abit too- re above msg with the dot points

Re: im back..... i think

I thought she just meant toilet or wet wipes @outlander. See I wasn't even thinking.
Sensitivities to products we normally use - eg: washing powders can occur at any time.
But stress as always loves to play tricks on our body.

Re: im back..... i think

thats alright @utopia i didnt think of it either until she suggested it to me but i was told to stay away from those products as well as it can upset the ph balance as well so im abit torn

yes dont we love stress hmm- well after the pap smear there was a great deal of stress going on including the final week of study plus the exam as well

Re: im back..... i think

@outlanderI can relate to what you said. I've always wanted to feel normal too.

Thanks for asking about my flu recovery - it's been a long road.

I went back to work 2 days ago, although I'm nowhere near better yet. I really wasn't ready for work yet, & it seems to have made it worse again. I've really been struggling.

How did you know I had been around on the forums? Yes you're right I have been checking in, but I'm almost totally non-verbal (unable to express things) when ill - so I have not been able to write.
