I'm ok thanks @outlander Lol just typed I'm OJ instead - orange juice!! Just have to go to the psychologist with my support worker today. That usually leaves me feeling pretty tired and stirred up but I get on well with the psychologist and am impressed with her so far.
What are your plans?

I needed time out - I got busy yesterday and then fell flat - but I am here today
Do you have any pain? I am wondering because if painkillers helps it might be that you have pain that you are ignoring or is somewhere under your pain-threshhold. This happens to me sometimes - I will feel really strange and have stiffness in my back and in time the pain will break through into my consciousness.
You are suffering a lot of stress - that would cause the shaking and head-spins - how are things at home now? Or are you getting away from your mother whenever you can.
I am behind with the site - a lot happens in a day
