@outlander I'm in bed too. I have trouble curled up beside me. You are good enough and the most important person you have to have a relationship with is yourself. What makes you happy? I know when I was younger my passion and first love was surfing. Just remember what you once enjoyed and things you love to do and try to incorporate those things in your life.
I am thinking of getting up to make a cuppa tea and then try to get some sleep, I want to feel happier tomorrow especially if I get to sleep at a more reasonable hour.
