im just treading very very lightly at the moment

Let me know how you go @outlander. I am really tired. I struggled sleep yesterday for some reason. Not sure why. My upper back hurts from the physio plus all that running.

Wasn't the pain @outlander...not sure why I could not sleep....lucky it is the weekend but i have a wedding to go to tomorrow. Tomorrow is going to be interesting as the wedding is 2 mins walk from the hospital my dad passed away.
