It feels really good to me that your feeling better @outlander, Thank you for letting us know:) I'm glad your Doctor is looking into your medications and know that it does sometimes take a while for your body to balance out with them. It's good that you've made them aware of what your going through, though I'm sorry you have to endure nausea and hope the antacids help. It's always good to have a light at the end of the tunnel, and know that if it still isn't helping in 2 weeks there are other medications to try.
The mindspot clinic for anxiety sounds wonderful and should be a good thing to do while waiting for the other programs/plan to happen. I imagine you might feel a little lost without all the study to have to do now 🙂
Honesty can be very difficult and I often worry about it backfiring, but having it in your journal will be the most helpful resource for your Doctor so that they can understand where you are at. I would think the best thing that you can do about it, is the best that you can do. No-one can do better than their best 🙂
I think seeing your Doctor and nurse on a regular basis will be very helpful for you and for them. They can't help you if they don't know what to help with.
Not only is artwork and excercise good for you, it can be loads of fun too 🙂
With the weight gain, it's up to you to decide, within your own individual mind, whether what benifits you get are worth the extra effort in exercise etc. and again there's always another medication or method to try.
It does seem to me that you are being cared for properly and that your individual needs are being considered. Well done you! It's been a battle and there will be more battles to face, but you are moving forward and caring for yourself, which will not only helps you but everyone around you (including me 🙂 )
