What do you do when you arent feeling safe but you dont want to go to the hospital and helplines arent working? Also what do you do when distractions and all of that stuff isnt working either?

@Zoe7 Hey Zoe I see little by little things are better for you. I'm pleased your ok. I'm staying off the forums mostly for a bit. But keeping an eye on things from my emails. Mostly looking out for you and Eden. I'm a bit overwhelmed right now, and trying to stop myself from disassociating and shutting down. I have to get to my DBT course so I'll be around later. Thanks @Sans911 It does feel like there are some improvements. I do know there is still a very long way to go but holding onto that little bit of hope when I can.
I wish things weren't so overwhelming for you - I do know how very tough that is. Here for you if you are able/need to connect or talk Sans. Hope you DBT course goes well. Let me know how you are travelling afterwards if you are able.

Hi @Zoe7 @Sans911 i went to my appointment but it did not exactly go well. i was given 2 options hospital or allow the crisis team to come see me tomorrow. so i picked the second one although i am absolutely sure the crisis team is not going to be helpful. anyway i still feel awful and am not sure if i can make it through another night especially seeing as the last time i saw the crisis team they just took me to the hospital anyway. i dont know what to do i am scared and i just i cant take this anymore maybe i am better off gone.

Hope you are alright @Eden1919 😞 I also hope the crisis team will be of some help for you. Is hospital not really an option that you want? Have you had any experiences with hospital in the past? Sometimes it can just give us some time to breathe and to get away from everything when in crisis. Although -- that is quite hard too.
