@Former-Member I can't say exactly because of the anon thingo doodad... and there is only a very limited number of places I can be doing what I'm doing... but I can say it's a branch behavioural science
I get it about the posts.. I go through it too... doubting myself, doubting what I've said, doubting that my words might have not come out right and I might have offended someone inadvertently... it all can get quite stressful at times. Not sure if you relate to any of that, but that's what happens to me anyhow. It's quite disconcerting and drains confidence at times.

Absolutely @Spookytookims. You're right on the money. Also I fear if I've inadvertently forgotten someone. I used to be ok with it but then have struggled lots since Christmas really. So I've been hitting the forum hard to make up for it and then falling over again and losing it all again. Trying to find balance is something I struggle with immensely. All good on the study too. I get it. Best of luck with it. Sounds interesting.

@Former-MemberI do treally think that they are really wanting to help you but just don't know how. I have been in exactly that position before. It feels hopeless, and it's horrible to feel helpless when someone you care about is in pain and you just don't know how to help them. That's why your mother said for you to get involved.. she wanted to make you feel better. Unfortunately for you, it didn't work and that's really sad. But I can see both sides because I've been on both sides.

@Former-Member yeah ... balance is hard... when feeling strong it's easy to say well I'll just do the best I can and onward we go... but in times of doubt.. the doubt sets in and I start double thinking everything and then more doubt sets in.. blah blah blah.. so I guess we just have to try our best and remember we are human and we are going to make mistakes but I think everyone knows, or should know, that our intentions are in the right place. I know I think everyone else's intentions are in the right place, so I just hope that's how they understand my posts too even if I might stuff something up accidently.

then you should ask them @Former-Member but not accuse them just ask them if they think they are helping you or if they are deliberately trying to upset you, and you should listen to what they say. Then you can make decisions based on what they say to you about that.

i have twice @Spookytookims it always ends in an argument with it being my fault i am the way i am. i even offered my mother to speak to my gp, psycholigist and my psychiatrist. my mother has been through depression herself but has gotten through it. my sisters ill just put up with as they wont understand properly anyway and im not involving them in this but i thought id ahve the support of my mother but i dont. i dont know why this is bothering me anyway i shoudl expect any more from them

Ive never seen anything from you posted other than with the best of intentions @Spookytookims. I've had lots of misses on my time here. I guess though people work out that it's not intentional. I have had a lot of forgiveness for some of my big ones for which I am grateful.
If you see me liking but not responding please take that as I hear you but am struggling to respond.
I hope tomorrow has some lovely moments for you 💜🤗 (I'm not apologising for hugging 😛....it's a virtual thing for me, I struggle in real life but love sending them virtually)

it bothers you because you want it better @Former-Member and that is perfectly understandable.
