Hi @Former-Member 👋💕

Nice to meet you.

Sorry you're struggling too. 😙

It's very difficult facing the day with the same struggles/feelings of stress etc.

Be nice to have a break from it. 😮😣😯😨

What are the injuries, if you don't mind me asking?

I have to do things, then go out for an appointment, but I'll check in on here.

Thankyou for your message. 😊👍🌸🌼🌹

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - Life is so hard.

Yes it is and it gets very tireing @Former-Member

My injuries and health conditions are mild scoliosis but enough to cause chronic pain and need constant care. I have something going on with my neck but nothings showing up but its causing me alot of pain
I have a crap hip that likes to not sit normal and causes sciatic pain and i have a badly torn liagament and abit of a tendon in my ankle and because it wasny treated properly to start with it was really bad before but gp did nothing for me so now im still dealing with it and got recent xray and ultrasounds done that showed ive still got damage after 3 years so it was obviously pretty bad to start with and shouldve been in a boot but never did.
And im not even 21 yet lol

Oh gosh! That's awful @Former-Member 😮

Sounds like alot of terrible pain.
Sending hugs to you. 💕

Do you take meds for the pain or do you have to endure it?

Think my necks from whiplash from when i fell of my horse @Former-Member plus the mental health issues on top of that and being a carer for my pop and a primary carer for my 2 younger sisters and studying online

I can take painrelief when i need it but when its a good day which is uncomfortably bearable i dont take anything for it

Ya @Former-Member, I'm INTP, 2% of women, 5% men apparently. I'm an in your head problem solver, know how to change the world thinking type but not good with people at all. Hope you're not one @Former-Member, it's far too isolating.

If you are curious, @Former-Member the site I used that confirmed my old result was:

Quite a few questions but answer on gut instinct (quick as you can) to get best result if you do it.

@Former-Member Did your profile description fit do you remember? Because mine is me to a "T" (pun) and nobody ever can figure me out so I was shocked and am still shocked on re-reading it, that it's so spot on.

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - Life is so hard.

Hi everyone. Hope today is working out well for you all. I'm wrecked. Both appointments went really well, I enjoy both of the workers but now feel really, really tired. @Former-Member - I was told there was a 12 month wait for phams in the area. Luckily I think it ended up only being a few weeks for me, although that's because I hit a more urgent need with a decline in mental health. Today we looked at what areas to tackle, explored what a perfect/ideal future might look like etc. It was really fun. Things feel more achievable. I just need to learn patience. Like very very badly haha.

Funny you mentioned MBTI Spooky (and hi to you too). I almost asked you a week or so ago what your thoughts were on it. Hope your day is ok too 🙂

Hi to the little bug that's joined as well @Former-Member. Hope your day is working out well.

I am having a cuppa and a catch up on things here for a while and then maybe some more crochet. Nap sounds pretty good too, but I am worried I won't sleep tonight if I sleep now. Hoping coffee and some phoenix inspired porridge will pick me up.

Hope it's a good arvo for you all
