yes @Spookytookims he does red strawberry has to be red has to be strawberry
@Former-Member i have felt like that before too and there really isnt an emotion that describes it so others understand. my psych tells me to take deep breaths and a nice warm drink that isnt coffee or high in caffine. it can help with trying to feel more relaxed i hope you feel better soon

Tears can be a good thing, let the tears come out and do deep breathing.
Can you rest and take it easy for the afternoon?
Will you be able to see the horse again soon?

Yes it was ouchies, @CheerBear but that was typical me as a kid. Always investigating stuff. Got my head stuck between two stairs going in after something when I was 2. Dad had to be called home to remove the upper step cos they couldn't get me out. Kind of a moral of my life.. always sticking my head where it shouldn't be and getting myselfnto all sorts of bother. So think it was just providence.

Hubby and daughter just went out. I feel so bad that I couldn't go, feel too exhausted for a crowd of people . Girl wanted to go as a family. Can't help that. Maybe later for a walk, hope so
Oh jelly @Former-Member 😊 haven't had jelly for years.
I used to cry so much, I wondered when the tears would stop @Former-Member 😢
I know the pain probably feels unbearable right now.
Are you ok, or do you need to ring lifeline or someone?

Yeah I really have to literally force myself to go out @Former-Member and I hate it. I hope like aunch of other things I've managed to get through.. that one lessens to. At least nowadays I do manage to make myself, like yesterday went to the pier for fresh seafood. Glad you used past tense, it gives me more belief there will improvement as I progress. Thank you.
